Elmo in cuffs: Man dressed as Sesame Street character is carried away in Central Park after anti-Semitic rant in front of kids

The appearance of a hate-spewing man dressed up as Elmo was a jarring one for many New Yorkers who visited Central Park on Sunday afternoon.

The unidentified man was seen shouting obscenities and anti-Semitic accusations while visiting the Manhattan park.

Passers-by took videos of the man who refused to quiet down after pleading parents said that he was disturbing their children.

Repeat offender: Earlier Youtube videos show that this is not the first time Elmo has taken to yelling anti-Semitic diatribes in the park
